I think about all of my medical providers and this is the only one I feel comfortable fully endorsing. Probably means I should consider changing some of my other providers.
We came to the Pediatric Dental Clinic about a year ago through a referral from our prior dentist. Basically the prior dentist couldn't administer nitrous and after a few shots of novocaine tried to remove my young son's diseased molar. Needless to say, it was a horrible scene!
We were referred to Dr. Ben as a pediatric specialist and were seen right away. It is a credit to him that he was able to calm my son down after the earlier ordeal and remove the tooth without any problems.
They do a great job with kids and make them accountable for their own dental hygiene. In fact, parents usually wait in the reception area and the kids can choose if they want to invite their parents in for the exam.
Both of my kids are sold and are "happy" to go to their appointments. I've also had a great experience with the front office staff and no issues with medical billing or scheduling appointments. Now, if only he worked on adults...

Dr. Kang has been our childrens dentist for the past two years, the care of our children have recieved has been nothing less than exceptional. I imagine thousands of doctors are like him, compotent, but I've rarely if ever seen a doctor handle the communication between doctor/parent in such an understandable & reasurring way. Dr. Kang spoke to me several times before my daughters surgery to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the procedure. He answered all of my questions with patience and genuine concern, never confounding me with medical language-as I've so often experienced with other doctors. Dr. Kang is excellent with the children, he explains everything to them with such grace, he always makes sure that my children are happy and comfortable. Thanks to Dr. Kang, Libby and Katie can smile with confidence! I encourage parents with young children to seriously consider having Dr. Kang as their dentist.
